Job Description
Job Summary: Seeking Quantity Surveyors for full-time/permanent vacancies with Tier 1 main contractors, leading property developers, and large specialist sub-contractors across Ireland.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Roles:
- QS with a developer for a €70m mixed-use development in Limerick.
- QS for a Tier 1 national contractor with projects from €30m to €100m in Limerick & Cork, projects in the pharma, industrial & commercial sectors.
- Senior QS for the construction of Primary Care Units in various locations: Cork, Limerick, Galway.
Quantity Surveyor Roles:
- QS for a national contractor on school bundles in three counties in Munster.
- Project QS for refurb, fit-out, and restoration projects to listed structures including hotels and state buildings.
- QS for a regional contractor, focusing on the Munster and South Leinster regions, with projects up to €20m.
Post-Qualified QS Role:
- PQS to join a large practice with interests in Ireland, the UK, & overseas.
