Quantity Surveyor roles available with Tier 1 main contractors, leading property developers, and large specialist sub-contractors across Ireland.
Seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for full-time/permanent vacancies in various locations, including Limerick, Cork, and Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and costs for large-scale construction projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion and quality delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation

- Senior Quantity Surveyor for a €70m mixed-use development in Limerick
- Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 national contractor with projects from €30m to €100m in Limerick & Cork
- Quantity Surveyor for a national contractor on school bundles in three counties in Munster
- Project Quantity Surveyor for refurb, fit-out, and restoration projects to listed structures
- Senior Quantity Surveyor for the construction of Primary Care Units in various locations
- Quantity Surveyor for a regional contractor, focusing on the Munster and South Leinster regions
- Principal Quantity Surveyor to join a large practice with interests in Ireland, the UK, & overseas
