RC Frame Project Manager South Dublin A leading civil engineering and construction contractor is seeking an exceptional RC Frame Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale apartment developments in South Dublin. Duties: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RC frame apartment block projects from inception to handover. Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Monitor site progress through detailed reports, inspections, and meetings, adjusting plans as necessary. Implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental regulations. Drive team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance across all phases of construction. Requirements: Proven experience managing RC frame projects, particularly in large-scale residential construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and budget control. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
