A leading civil engineering and construction contractor is seeking an exceptional RC Frame Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale apartment developments in South Dublin. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RC frame apartment block projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
- Monitor site progress through detailed reports, inspections, and meetings, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance across all phases of construction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing RC frame projects, particularly in large-scale residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and budget control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
