Our client is seeking an experienced RC Frame Site Manager to join their team for a new residential project in South Dublin. As part of a leading civil engineering contractor, you will oversee the delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a long-term position offering continuous work in the area and an excellent benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations for RC frame projects. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and site personnel. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress, quality control, and site safety practices. Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on RC frame projects. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and construction processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation. Relevant construction management qualifications (CIF, SMSTS, or equivalent).
