As an R&D Energy Systems Engineer Intern, you will work with a team of engineers to develop Energy Harvesting and other technology for the Energy Industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing R&D projects from inception to completion
- Developing leading edge technology for Energy Harvesting and the Energy Industry
- Analysing, designing, developing, maintaining products, and assisting in their commercialization
- Building prototypes, products, and systems suitable for testing
- Setting up and running lab simulations
- Designing and implementing tests, documenting results, and developing customer presentations
- Providing timely corrective actions on defects
- Producing analyses and mathematical models and drawing design conclusions based on those
- Conducting or participating in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs, code, and other artifacts
Requirements:
- Studying towards a Bachelor or Master in Energy, Mechanical, or System Engineering or a related field
- Team player with experience working in a team environment
- Interest in product design and development
- Technical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach
