As an R&D Engineer (Senior), you will help shape the product specification and design of our flagship product for scalable manufacturing and optimized for the patient user. You will be a key contributor to our fast-moving and growing product design and engineering team, working closely with suppliers, and driving collaborative work toward agreeing suitable component specification requirements. You will also oversee and guide building of prototypes, develop test methods, and contribute to risk management documentation updates and reviews. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in product development in a medical device environment, experience in bringing products from clinical stage to commercial release, and good knowledge of manufacturing processes, including injection moulding, joining technologies, and rapid prototyping.
