Seeking a seasoned real estate professional to support the MD in originating new business, analysing lending/investment opportunities, and leading the loan execution process.
Responsibilities:
- Support the MD in originating new business and analysing lending/investment opportunities.
- Prepare underwriting documents for investment committee and term sheets, including instructions for relevant DD parties.
- Lead the loan execution process, driving third-party professionals to ensure speedy transaction execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate.
- Highly analytical with strong modelling skills.
- Experience in analysing financial information and preparing relevant commentary.
