Our client, a leading global law firm, is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic Dublin office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate and finance transactions across a wide range of asset classes.
- Advise on real estate transactions across various asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, leisure, and residential investments.
- Work on real estate finance matters, including property investments and development projects.
- Assist in construction-related legal work for large-scale developments.
- Collaborate with the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team on distressed loan situations and enforcement of security.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in relation to property and finance deals.
- Negotiate and draft property and finance-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Newly qualified up to 3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Solid background in commercial property law, ideally with exposure to real estate finance transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
- Experience working with private equity funds, lending institutions, or large developers is advantageous.
