Our client, a high profile global law firm, seeks to appoint an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor in the Newly Qualified 3 PQE range to its dynamic Dublin office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile real estate transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including retail, industrial, leisure, office, and residential investments. The successful candidate will be advising a diverse portfolio of international private equity funds, lending institutions, multinationals, and developers. Key Responsibilities Advise on real estate transactions across various asset classes (retail, office, industrial, leisure, residential). Work on real estate finance matters, including property investments and development projects. Assist in construction-related legal work for large-scale developments. Collaborate with the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team on distressed loan situations and enforcement of security. Provide strategic legal advice to clients in relation to property and finance deals. Negotiate and draft property and finance-related documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Candidate Profile Newly qualified up to 3 years' post-qualification experience (NQ - 3 PQE). Solid background in commercial property law, ideally with exposure to real estate finance transactions. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines. Experience working with private equity funds, lending institutions, or large developers is advantageous but not essential. A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to deliver practical legal solutions to complex issues.
