Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.
Ambassadors of our hotel, Receptionists are the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of hotel products and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle telephone calls with politeness and efficiency, meeting the caller's needs with a client-oriented approach.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries, providing friendly, professional, and efficient service.
- Manage reservations through various channels, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
- Welcome guests warmly and attentively, anticipating their needs and following through on requests.
- Maintain high standards of departmental branding.
- Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, early, middle, and late shifts, over a 7-day period.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a four or five-star hotel as a Receptionist or Reservations Agent.
- Knowledge of a Hotel PMS System, with Hotsoft/Guestline System an advantage but not essential.
- A friendly, positive attitude at all times.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
Job Details:
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Hourly rate: €13.00.

Experience:
- Reception experience: 1 year (preferred).
