- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently manage checkins and checkouts, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments, manage billing, and ensure the accurate handling of cash and credit transactions.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with patience and empathy.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a 5 star luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Professional appearance and a polished, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic IT skills.
