Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and adhering to company procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
  • Maintain a well-organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with property management systems like HotSoft and/or Opera.
