Freshford Garages, a well-established HGV Garages and CVRT Test Centre service provider, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Reception/Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling tests and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle testing.
Answer and direct phone calls, responding to customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain and update tests bookings on CVRT scheduling system.
Ensure that all customer interactions and documentation are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Liaise with Management and Test Operatives to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow.
Requirements: Previous Reception/Administrator experience is preferred but not essentialfull training will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic computer skills, with familiarity in using scheduling software or willingness to learn.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
