A high level of initiative, energy and motivation are key role requirements, as well as excellent organisational skills and attention to detail The primary role of theRecipe Master Data specialistis to co-ordinate and set-up all pre-requisite activities relating to recipe creation in a timely manner to ensure successful on-time execution of Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished goods jobs across SBY. In addition, this role will be responsible for supporting the GEO organisation as required. In addition, this position involves having full oversight of all master data activities ensuring full deliverables are completed on time to meet DS, DP and FG schedule timelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the creation, maintenance and verification of Finished Goods (FG), Drug Product (DP) and Drug Substance (DS) Oracle BOM's and Recipes within Oracle EBS suite for SBY organisation to meet business priorities. Support GEO recipes as required. Establish an effective process for assessing incoming workload per month/quarter. Track progress to plan & communicate effectively. Establish an effective process for managing recipe future effectivity dates in Oracle to ensure dates are managed correctly in the system. Engage and communicate with all key stakeholders on process. Responsible for the effective management and maintenance of Recipe Future Effectivity Dates in Oracle to ensure the successful transition from recipe version to version following Artwork updates. This will also involve assigning future end dates to existing recipes. Develop product knowledge and SME capability for recipe set-up with an understanding as to how this impacts MRP planning. Ensure recipe structure is aligned with MES recommendations for correct set-up. Work closely with GEO representative on recipe updates, supporting each other as required on the recipe update/verification process. Engage with Product Artwork team and PALM tracker to identify upcoming Artwork changes and commence master data recipe updates. Participate in all PACE meetings as required. Co-ordinate upcoming artwork changes with SBY packaging planning team to agree on recipe implementation timelines. Responsible for initiating Trackwise records for all supply chain activities associated with Packaging recipes/item master changes. Develop knowledge of MDM Hub for item master. This may involve follow-up with other departmental functions to ensure item set-up is completed in a timely manner as this is a pre-requisite to recipe creation/updates. Build effective cross functional relationships with key stakeholders including MSAT, Supply Planning, MES and Material Operations. Embed new supply chain master data processes and participate in the development of future process improvements. Support the build out of the Planning dashboards & planning visual factory bringing the team metrics to life. Development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Co-ordination and completion of required compliance process activities including Change Control, Deviations, Event's & CAPA's. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associates or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance or other technical field or relevant experience Strong knowledge of master data and how it applies to business Experience of working in an Oracle environment and audit experience would be desirable. Managing data in an ERP environment Strong attention to detail Excellent Planning and Analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work virtually across local and global teams.
