Job Description
Join our team as a French speaking Recoveries Solicitor to secure recoveries on policies underwritten by Am Trust entities.
Key responsibilities:
• Assess what is capable of being negotiated and litigated
• Effect collection on assigned cases, including negotiating settlements
• Litigate cases with external counsel as necessary
• Manage external experts to minimize costs
Requirements:
• Strong background in Insurance, particularly in property, structural defect warranty, and builders guarantee claims
• Strong analytical skills in a legal environment
• Ability to process large volumes of data quickly
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently to challenging targets
