Job Description:

We are seeking experienced recruiters to join our HR frontline recruiting team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting cycle from application to contract for frontline hires across security, retail, and operations.

  • Screen and interview shortlisted candidates to ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
  • Work closely with the business to gain an understanding of hiring needs, timelines, and requirements.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of frontline roles, helping the business to hire and retain quality candidates.
  • Drive great engagement with candidates, building a strong pipeline and panel of suitable candidates.
  • Partner with the business and wider recruitment team to implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and use innovative approaches to find quality candidates.
  • Screen CVs and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer and contract issue.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records at all stages of the process.
  • Track the candidate journey to ensure accurate reporting of candidates at all stages of a campaign.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a recruiter within a fast-paced recruitment team (ideally in-house).
  • Experience recruiting for volume hires is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering recruitment campaigns end-to-end.
  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods, group, individual, screen calls, etc.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Experience using psychometric assessments is a distinct advantage.
