Our Client, a Large Firm based in North Dublin requires a Recruiter to join them on a fixed term contract (6-9 months) . This role will work in a team of 4 and will support the function in hiring entry to mid level staff during a time of rapid staff expansion. Call Cormac Spencer on for more info Salary: to €58k Benefits: Bonus, Canteen, Healthcare, Pension Duties: Managing the recruitment of hires Researching and understanding the market, using this information to inform recruitment strategy Involved in interviews on a daily basis Managing advertising, Sourcing and Reference Checks Engaging with Head of Departments on recruitment requirements offering best practice recruitment support Building strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders, As well as building relationships with recruitment agencies. Ensuring the company is an employer of choice, with a strong emphasis on our digital presence.
