Recruiter Excel Recruitment is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated Agency Recruiter to work In-house with our client in Dublin City. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in a busy recruitment agency. This position would suit a junior agency recruiter who is looking to move to an in-house position. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of moving to a permanent job. Responsibilities Working on high volume recruitment campaigns with the recruitment team Using a variety of online platforms to recruit candidates for full-time positions Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously Interview and shortlisting relevant candidates Managing the recruitment process until contracts have been issued Working to ensure recruitment targets are being met Requirements Previous recruitment in an Agency is essential Experience in Industrial, Retail or Hospitality recruitment preferred Must have excellent Communication with the ability to multitask If you would like to apply for this Recruitment Recruiter position, please upload an up to date CV.
