RECRUITER Cpl are expanding and we are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant in the Northwest of Ireland to join our team. Predominantly focusing on a commercial desk Permanent & Temporary Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs, through development of long-term client relationships. Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and employer branding. Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts. Identify new business opportunities within the region by researching market trends and attending industry events. Take ownership for personal and professional development Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations. Manage recruitment administration tasks including contract negotiation, offer letters, and onboarding processes which align to the client. Skills Required: Proven experience in a 360-recruitment agency role Desired Strong track record of business development and meeting/exceeding targets. A proactive person, who can spot an opportunity and action it without instruction. Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills. Ability to multitask and be delivery focused. Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude Customer centric Is proficient in working off own initiative. Knowledge of recruitment software and CRM systems.
