Recruitment Administrator

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) provides asset and liability management services to the Irish Government. Key Businesses include borrowing for the Exchequer, the State Claims Agency, the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, and the National Development Finance Agency. The NTMA also assigns staff to the National Asset Management Agency, the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland, and Home Building Finance Ireland.

The purpose of this role is to provide recruitment administration support.


Key responsibilities include advertising roles, scheduling interviews, setting up candidates for psychometric tests, gathering new starter documents, and managing the HR Recruitment Inbox.


Requirements include minimum 12 months' office experience, strong written and spoken English, and experience of Microsoft Office.


The role is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract and the closing date for applications is 5th November 2024.
