Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator role in Limerick, supporting recruiters and administering corporate human resource programs.

Under direct supervision, administers various corporate human resource programs, explains human resources policies, procedures, and practices to partners, and maintains integrity of human resource data.

Main responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating employment agreements, and maintaining good data via data entry, review, and correction.

Key skills and knowledge required include onboarding/recruitment administration, Workday/MS office, effective communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

Job Description

  • Administers various corporate human resource programs or staff services.
  • Explains human resources policies, procedures, and practices to partners.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all human resources records.
  • May act as liaison between partners and third-party administrators.
  • Developing research and analytical skills.
  • Learning to work effectively as a team member and independently.
  • Learning core aspects of the job.

Requirements

  • Onboarding/recruitment administrator experience.
  • Workday/MS office skills.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Knowledge of systems to run reports.
