Excel Recruitment is actively looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on an Initial temporary contract. The Recruitment Administrator for the Hospitality Desk will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to the hiring process. This role is critical to ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently, particularly during busy periods. The candidate will be expected to handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating interviews to maintaining candidate records. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Management: Assist in screening resumes and applications for initial fit. Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy. On boarding Support: Prepare offer letters and employment contracts as directed by the recruitment team. Collect and process necessary documentation for new hires (e.g., ID verification, references). Professional Reference Checking General Administrative Duties: Answer recruitment-related queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets. Provide administrative support for recruitment events (e.g., job fairs, open days). Provide Payroll support Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a recruitment administration or similar role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). High attention to detail and accuracy. Desirable: Experience within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Personal Attributes: Professional and approachable manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional requirements to attend off-site recruitment events.
