Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering division. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in recruitment and a deep interest or background in the engineering sector. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, and contributing to the growth of our Engineering division. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the engineering sector, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefings and candidate sourcing to offer management and post-placement follow-up. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability within the engineering sector, providing valuable insights to both clients and candidates. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering sector, expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. Compliance and Administration: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with industry regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the life sciences and food sectors to cross-sell services and share market intelligence. What We're Looking For: Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the engineering or technical sectors. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the engineering industry, including the latest trends, skills in demand, and regulatory requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. Commercial Awareness: A proven ability to develop business, negotiate terms, and achieve targets. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, LinkedIn, and other digital tools to source and engage candidates. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the business.
