Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
- Sourcing candidates through advertising, search, and networking
- Interviewing, selecting, and assessing candidates
- Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of specialist sectors and markets
- Preparing candidates and clients for interview
- Ensuring high levels of service for clients and candidates
Requirements:
- 1-2 years previous sales or recruitment experience
- Proven experience in agency recruitment or sales
- Strong organisational skills and communication skills
- Professional and self-motivated demeanor and attitude
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure
