Recruitment Consultant in Dublin 2: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and interview candidates, build client relationships, and place candidates in suitable roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to candidate placement and aftercare.
- Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing sales leads.
