Job Description
A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to building relationships with clients and placing candidates in suitable roles.
- Candidate Sourcing & Selection:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the clients organization.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to candidate placement and aftercare.
- Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, and manage applications using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and contracts on behalf of clients and candidates.
- Business Development:
- Actively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and developing sales leads.
- Network and build relationships within the industry to enhance market knowledge and identify talent pools.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in using recruitment software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing tools.
