We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Tallaght, working on a fast-moving temp recruitment desk.
**Job Description:**
* We are looking for a self-starter with experience working on a fast-moving temp recruitment desk.
* The successful candidate will have a proven ability to deliver results that go beyond basic standards, thrive on developing new business and developing their own business within a business with the aim of becoming an expert in their industry field.
* Good PC and presentation skills essential.
* Full Clean Driving Licence is preferable.
* The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and selecting candidates, and negotiating salaries and benefits.
* The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
