Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We're seeking ambitious individuals with a background in Sales, Retail or Customer Service to join our team as Recruitment Consultants in our Accountancy and Finance Specialism.
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster lasting relationships with clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency.
- Collaborate within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
