Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We're seeking ambitious individuals with a background in Sales, Retail or Customer Service to join our award-winning team as Recruitment Consultants in our Construction and Property Specialism.
About the Role
- Foster lasting relationships with clients, building and nurturing relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Find and engage the best talent, attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency.
- Collaborate within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
- Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.

Salary: €28,000 per annum Base + uncapped commission (1st year OTE = €30-34k)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
Hybrid: After your initial training period you can choose to take advantage of our hybrid working policy.
