Computer Placement Limited have a job opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Description: In this role you will be working with hiring teams to understand job descriptions and role briefs. A key element of this role is sourcing, attracting and engaging talent for Cpls Clients. Location: One Haddington Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 X4C9 Contract Type: Full Time Permanent Hours of Work: 39hrs per week- Mon- Fri To apply send your CV to: Duties include: Meet or exceed target fees & KPIs. Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest) Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts. Take ownership for personal and professional development Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated. Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations. Build personal book of business. Skills required: Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills Good IT skills Ability to multitask and be delivery focused. Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude Customer centric Is proficient in working off own initiative.
