We at SSA Group are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to become part of an established team within our Dublin Office. About the role: Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, assisting clients find skilled individuals to join their company and in turn assisting candidates to find jobs that suit their skillsets. Nurturing existing relationships as well as developing new ones. Over time you will become an expert within your market, and use this knowledge to grow your desk, and the business as a whole. You will be dealing with existing clients rather than focusing on cold calling and you will be very much working within a hot desk all the while developing your knowledge of the industry. You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry in addition to your own market. Whats on offer? A degree in Construction, Business, HR, Marketing, or similar is required. The candidate should have a genuine interest in establishing a long-term career in the recruitment industry.
