Job Summary: Recruitment Consultants sought for Finance and Engineering teams to match candidates with job vacancies, manage hiring process, negotiate job offers, and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Match suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
- Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.
The Person:- Minimum 2 years experience, ideally as 360 Recruiter.
- Ability to use various software systems.
- Desire to exceed targets.
