Job Summary: Recruitment Consultants sought for Finance and Engineering teams to match candidates with job vacancies, manage hiring process, negotiate job offers, and build relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Match suitable candidates with client job openings, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
  • Maintain accurate records and candidate databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve recruitment targets and business growth.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates, fostering long-term professional relationships.

The Person:
  • Minimum 2 years experience, ideally as 360 Recruiter.
  • Ability to use various software systems.
  • Desire to exceed targets.
