• Build personal book of business.
• Meet or exceed target fee's & KPI's.
• Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest)
• Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts.
• Take ownership for personal and professional development
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants
• Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated.
• Develop an indepth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area.
• Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations.

• Experience in areas such as: agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building, & business development
• Temp/Contract or Permanent agency experience are desirable.
• Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to multitask and be delivery focused.
• Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude
• Customer centric
• Is proficient in working off own initiative.
