Role Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant on our Logistics and Distribution desk, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients and candidates within the logistics and distribution sector. You will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with leading companies in this industry, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the logistics and distribution sector, expanding your client base. Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within logistics and distribution, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights. Job Advertising: Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates. Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring a positive outcome for both clients and candidates. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Skills and Experience: Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, ideally within the logistics and distribution sector or a related industry. Business Development: Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and secure new opportunities. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates. Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
