Recruitment Consultant/Co-ordinator Pangea is a fast-growing company with offices across Europe, Asia, Australia and the US. Our business model is to partner with tech companies to accelerate their expansion into new markets through market access, talent and infrastructure. The team have extensive experience drawn from some of the worlds best technology companies, along with a history of successfully growing businesses internationally. We are currently working with some of the most impressive companies in enterprise technology. We require a Recruitment Consultant/Co-ordinator to support us as we scale. The position is full time but can be flexible around personal commitments. Our offices are located in Dungloe town centre. This position may also require travel to European offices in the future. Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate candidate pipeline through a range of sourcing channels for current and potential future roles, using the most effective sourcing methods available Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring manager and all other stakeholder in the recruitment process Understand our clients needs and expectations and deliver on both. Scheduling Interviews & Assessments, following up with candidates & hiring partners Use data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions Manage and actively participate in Recruitment related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority Our Ideal Candidate will have:- Recruitment experience in either an agency or in-house environment advantageous Must have strong client service skills and be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with the business at all levels in a clear, timely and effective manner. Proven record of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure. Strong IT literacy skills Awareness and interest in one or all of the following start-ups, AI & software, venture capital, as well as the life sciences and or financial services industries. Third-level qualification in Finance or Life Science discipline (desired but not essential)
