Recruitment Consultant/Co-ordinator

Partners with tech companies to accelerate expansion into new markets through market access, talent, and infrastructure.
Experienced team with a history of successfully growing businesses internationally.
Currently working with top enterprise technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate candidate pipeline through sourcing channels for current and potential future roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and expectations, delivering on both
- Schedule interviews and assessments, follow up with candidates and hiring partners
- Use data to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
- Manage and participate in recruitment-related projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Recruitment experience in agency or in-house environment
- Strong client service skills and effective communication
- Proven record of building and managing relationships
- Resilient and self-confident, able to think on your feet
- Strong IT literacy skills
- Awareness and interest in start-ups, AI, software, venture capital, life sciences, and financial services
- Third-level qualification in Finance or Life Science discipline (desired but not essential)
