Job Description

The recruitment co-ordinator will work with the recruiting team at daa with initial focus on supporting the frontline recruiting and hiring processes. The role holder will have excellent administrative skills, a strong work ethic and will have the flexibility to respond to business demands in a timely and efficient manner. There are two roles available and these roles will be appointed on a 12-month FTC basis. Providing an effective and accurate end to end administrative and coordination service to the frontline hiring team Screening CVs in line with requirements and scheduling interviews Scheduling pre-employment medicals and ensuring return and storage of outcomes. Managing all correspondence with candidates at all stages of the recruiting cycle. Ensuring the preparation of interview packs for interview panels, booking of rooms etc Ensuring the accurate and timely production of all relevant correspondence relating to recruitment and selection. Ensuring all recruitment SOPs are followed, and recruitment regulatory standards and employment legislation requirements are met. Creating, updating and maintaining accurate HRIS candidate and new hire files and records. Working with the recruiters to ensure that retention of data in managed in line with policy Handling all candidate queries in an efficient and professional manner. Working with internal stakeholders, local HR, hiring managers and training to ensure a smooth joining experience for hires Supporting compliance checks and audits as required Any other duties that may arise Experience Minimum 2 years experience successfully coordinating and administering processes within a recruitment team Experience dealing with candidate correspondence at all stages of the recruiting cycle Skills Passionate about providing an excellent customer service Strong attention to detail and follow through Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work at pace and under pressure is essential Education & Qualifications A HR qualification or relevant business qualification would be a distinct advantage Skills: administration candidate management Recruitment systems Benefits: Canteen Staff discount
