As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive team culture, driving team performance, developing and managing client relationships, and managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve and exceed recruitment targets
- Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to foster professional development
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture that values excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track team and individual performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Develop and optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations
- Generate regular reports to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in a recruitment agency
- 5+ years experience as a Recruiter at a high level (Contract or Perm Recruitment)
- Experience with Performance Management and Stakeholder Management
- Working knowledge of how Agency Recruitment works
