We're seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Nottingham. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to drive recruitment plans, representing our brand externally, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Key responsibilities include working with the Director of Stores, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to understand resource requirements and create recruitment plans; representing our brand externally; ensuring exceptional candidate experiences; working with the Hiring Manager and HR team to provide recommendations and solutions; and understanding the market for talent. Requirements include previous recruitment agency or in-house partnering experience, experience in delivering full life-cycle recruitment, effective stakeholder management, and a customer-centric approach.
