Job Description
We're seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our Irish operations, sourcing and recruiting skilled professionals for construction projects.
The role will involve developing a database of suitable applicants for various roles and ensuring the provision of quality staff for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a similar role experience or a great working knowledge of the construction industry.
The role will be based in our Newbridge office and will involve site visits to staff and clients as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source suitable candidates for specific vacancies via internal database, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Gaining candidates' interest and establishing interview availability.
- Working with the Marketing team to post job adverts and monitor responses.
- Ensuring all applicants and candidates' applications are professionally managed.
- Registering candidates on our internal database.
- Identifying suitable personnel from our recruitment database.
- Calling candidates to clarify their active interest in securing a new role.
Requirements:
- Construction experience is desirable.
- Customer Service/Sales experience is desirable.
- Proven experience in reaching targets.
- Team player.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Must be literate.
- Effective Communicator.
- Ability to take lead on specific job-related assignments.
