We're transforming home care, for good. Hibernia Homecare is delighted that due to our continued expansion we are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join our successful recruitment team. Hibernia Homecare might have been only founded in 2021, but it was founded by expert carers & health and social care professionals with over 30 years of experience - people passionately dedicated to providing only the highest quality home care to individuals of all ages and abilities. The Recruitment Specialist role would be based between our Kimmage, Dublin and Finglas, Dublin offices, with flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days per week once full training is given. You must be willing to travel to Kildare and Wicklow if needed also so a full clean driving license if essential for this role. Prepare job specifications as required and post open roles via our job posting engines. Identify suitable candidates and conduct screening calls. Schedule and conduct interviews via online and in person. Get contract approval from Operations and issue employment offers to candidates professionally. Gather and organise all relevant onboarding documentation in line with policy. Be innovative and identify community events for the areas you are responsible for and represent Hibernia Homecare at these events. Participate in recruitment initiatives and events and enthusiastically engage with potential candidates. Manage the full onboarding process which includes gathering compliance documentation, checking references, applying for Garda vetting etc. Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of different visa permissions and conditions. Adhere to company policy and requirements in all aspects of the role. Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and ideal candidate profiles. Deliver recruitment administration & weekly reporting as needed. Act in accordance with the company's guiding principles and adherence to the code of conduct. Participate in HR initiatives such as wellness, engagement, retention projects and promote these among our office and care staff. Complete regular internal compliance audits on your files to ensure adherence with policies. Book and maintain training records in accordance with policy. Other duties as assigned by Head of Operations/Head of Recruitment. Essential criteria: Full, clean driving is essential. Must have knowledge and experience of working in Healthcare Recruitment. Strong communication skills. Ability to work on initiative and adapt as the role requires. Confident, enthusiastic and professional manner with colleagues and other stakeholders. Strong administrative skills. Confident in learning and using software packages, particularly Microsoft Office package and ATS platforms. Experience with using Sponsored Indeed and other job sites is desirable but not essential. Permission to work on a full-time basis in Ireland is essential. No sponsorship for this role. A qualification in Human Resources is desirable but not essential.
