We are Irish owned and operate over 130 stores across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Spain, as well as a growing online store. We are expanding our service and product offering for our customers all the time. Our Recruitment Team partners closely with the business to bring in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward. We manage the full end to end recruitment process, we are responsible for creating amazing candidate experience - similar to the experience we strive to deliver to our customers! We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will ideally have a mix of an agency and in-house recruitment background. The role will manage the full end to end recruitment process, including proactive candidate sourcing using industry standard tools and techniques. This is a busy retail environment - you should be able to work at pace, be agile in your approach and strive on delivering great service to your candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:- Engage and partner with the hiring manager to understand the hiring needs Complete intake session for all new roles, ensuring that you have a full understanding of the role. Provide guidance and advice to the hiring manager on what to expect from the process and what they are accountable for Educate the hiring manager on the external market environment for the skills / experience they are looking to hire Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process. Guide hiring manager on hiring related policies, processes and interview skills Proactively generate candidate pipeline through a range of sourcing channels for current and potential future roles, using the most effective and cost efficient sourcing methods available Use data to improve recruiting efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions Develop and maintain professional relationships with employment agencies, colleges, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate quality candidates Assist in identifying, organizing and attending job fairs/career events as appropriate on behalf of Dunnes Stores Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers in a timely and efficient manner ensuring to engage relevant stakeholders along the process Manage and actively participate in Recruitment related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority You are ideal if you have:- Ideally 5+ years full lifecycle recruitment experience - ideally in both an agency and in-house environment Previous experience of either recruiting in an Retail environment, or working in any role in Retail Must have good customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with the business at all levels in a clear, timely and effective manner. Proven record of building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, at all times demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and discretion. Strong Recruitment best practice expertise, good working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, legislative regulations and local labor market trends. Resilient and self-confident with the ability to think on your feet while under pressure.
