Job Description

We are currently seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to join our team permanently. This role will oversee the Commercial business for the West of Ireland. Base location is flexible.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Regional Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within their designated geographic area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

The Regional Commercial Manager will be tasked with understanding the unique needs and preferences of customers within the assigned territory and tailoring sales strategies accordingly. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

More about what you will do:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads through various methods, and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and authority.
  2. Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and submit proposals, negotiate terms, and secure orders to meet targets.
  3. Building Customer Relationships: Provide ongoing support, follow up post-sale, and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research, and analyze competitors to inform sales tactics.
  5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with cross-functional teams to support initiatives and share knowledge.
  7. Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent service, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
