**Regional Director, Community Mental Health** **Job Summary:** Lead the day-to-day management of Community Mental Health Services, developing and delivering strategic plans to improve service delivery.

The Mental Health Division of Saint John of God Community Services comprises CAMHs, Adult Mental Health Services, and Community based Acute Care and Treatment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the management of these services, under the delegated authority of the Chief Executive.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and deliver the Services' Strategic Plan in an effective and efficient manner • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Community based Mental Health Services • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes

Requirements: • Relevant professional qualification • Demonstrable leadership ability • Excellent communication skills • Several years' experience in the management of a health or social care service
