Our global team has representatives in various locations, including Singapore, Jakarta, Hanoi, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Amsterdam, Brussels, New York, Madrid, Johannesburg, Seattle, and London.What are we looking for?We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our Europe team. In this strategic role, you will educate and nurture the market as a thought leader, develop new market opportunities, drive adoption, and collaborate on global initiatives with the sales team and Product, Marketing, bringing the company's growth to the next level. While executing ambitious sales plans, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.Core Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targetsLead, coach, and motivate the sales team to foster a high-performance cultureIdentify and explore new market opportunities, driving business development initiativesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersAnalyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordinglyCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer supportMonitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior managementParticipate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth of the companyRequirements:Proven track record of at least 5 years in an enterprise sales role in Europe, preferably within the cross-border payments industryStrong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship managementAbility to articulate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiencesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with sound organizational skills and executionExperience in managing relationships with major partners and clientsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-growth environmentFluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plusAuthorization to work in Europe is mandatory.
