Job Description

Regional Early Years Manager sought to support nationwide delivery and development of ELSAC Department, promoting equal employment and diversity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the National Manager in implementing strategic goals and departmental objectives
  • Line managing services in a defined geographical area
  • Leading a culture of compliance through mentorship and internal auditing
  • Collaborating with external bodies and stakeholders to promote service delivery and funding
  • Mentoring and coaching direct reports to achieve organisational goals
  • Providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Participating in internal and external committees to enhance service provision

Requirements:

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification (L8) essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in not-for-profit Early Learning & School age sector
  • Minimum 3 years' management experience in early years sector
  • Proven track record in developing Tusla-approved Early Years & School Age Sector
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Additional requirements:

  • Full use of a car and driving licence essential
  • Garda Vetting required on an ongoing basis
