Regional Early Years Manager sought to support nationwide delivery and development of ELSAC Department, promoting equal employment and diversity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the National Manager in implementing strategic goals and departmental objectives
- Line managing services in a defined geographical area
- Leading a culture of compliance through mentorship and internal auditing
- Collaborating with external bodies and stakeholders to promote service delivery and funding
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports to achieve organisational goals
- Providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Participating in internal and external committees to enhance service provision
Requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level qualification (L8) essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in not-for-profit Early Learning & School age sector
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in early years sector
- Proven track record in developing Tusla-approved Early Years & School Age Sector
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Additional requirements:
- Full use of a car and driving licence essential
- Garda Vetting required on an ongoing basis
