Saint John of God Communith Mental Health Services Lucena Clinic and Cluain Mhurie Services Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow. Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow. Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately.In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services. Regional Finance Officer Grade V1, Finance Operations, Permanent, Full Time (35hrs) Saint John of God Community Services, Community Mental Health Services Cluain Mhuire Service / Lucena Clinic are now inviting applications for the post of Regional Finance Officer, Grade V1. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative and committed to providing a quality service that responds to the needs and priorities of our service users. Role Summary This is a key role, and part of a leadership team. You will need the skills and experience to carry out full financial and management reporting for the CMH Region of Saint John of God Community Services clg. Minimum Requirements ?Contribute to high performance and achievement within Finance by collaborating cross-functionally, building a supportive environment and working both on own initiative and as part of a team To be an active part of the Finance Leadership Team and attend the weekly meetings Approving and overseeing the weekly and monthly payroll Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Managing banks reconciliations and cash flow Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting function within CMH Services To provide timely and relevant finance reports to the management team in CMH Services To ensure timely and accurate returns are made when required to all stakeholders To be involved in the auditing process, both internal and external Any other duties requested upon by Director of Finance or Financial Controller Responsibility for completing Beds & Specialing spreadsheet and submitting to HSE. Training will be provided and once training completed, Hybrid working is possible.
