We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who speaks English, with a strong preference for a resource who is proficient in speaking French, with excellent messaging and writing skills. This candidate will be immediately responsible for direct management of existing and new enterprise client, integrator, and distributor relationships in Europe and the Middle East for the sale of our suite of technologies: Maestro AI, Maestro Axis, and ControlMaestro SCADA Product. This candidate's role is to deliver on client-promised deadlines; maintain client, integrator, and distributor relationships; handle daily sales updates; and be able to create and update sales forecasts. This is a global role requiring cross-functional relationships and additional exposure to customer-facing teams.

Roles & Responsibilities


This candidate will be a sales professional and will have experience in developing clients across all our suite of technologies globally, but prioritizing mainland Europe and the Middle East (EMEA). This resource will be tasked to sell into assigned commercial accounts within EMEA and be the primary sales driver generating new leads within these regions.

  • Manage and oversee the client life cycle from lead to prospect to pre-contract to contract and finally assist in ensuring the delivery of benefits to both Elutions' clients & Elutions.
  • Promote the deployment of Maestro Services in new sectors (such as M&A industry).
  • Assist in overseeing sales and marketing efforts to promote the company's suite of technologies.
  • Assist in securing contracts and partnerships to expand the company's reach and revenue.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Assist in providing technical and domain expertise and guidance to the Client's teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions to clients.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and use it to drive improvements in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Use HubSpot CRM to manage a sales pipeline and deliver against quarterly/annual quota and deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
  • Generate Sales velocity to deliver a predictable book of business and drive forecast accuracy utilizing your contacts, market knowledge and ecosystem across the assigned region.
  • In conjunction with the manager, agree on a strategy to penetrate new accounts.
  • Work independently and where appropriate leverage the support of Marketing and Inside Sales Teams to enable outbound sales activity in the assigned region to generate a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Apply strong sales skills to identify and process progress leads and opportunities through the sales stages towards Closed-won, showing progress weekly.
  • Apply strong sales skills and processes to ensure the successful close of opportunities in the pipeline ensuring all contracts and documentation are in place with the customer as well as ensuring a clean and documented handover to operations.
  • Work with the solutions team to ensure your understanding of our offerings and provide local market knowledge to ensure appropriate product localization requirements are met.
  • Work with your manager to maintain partner relationships to support the enablement of in-territory partner sales.
  • Where agreed with your sales Manager, travel to and attend in-country meetings and international industry events and tradeshows to identify new leads and progress existing opportunities.
  • Apply a structured and organized approach to driving demand, generating pipeline, and developing/expanding your territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred; in lieu of degree will consider applicants with a minimum of 5 years prior software sales experience.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Software Sales (SCADA is ideal).
  • Experience in some aspects of providing solutions to large industrial clients; experience with SCADA software or PLC hardware is desired but not essential.
  • Experience and ambition to work across multiple countries and work as part of an international team.
  • A "Scale-up" Mindset and Attitude, being self-motivated, driven and committed to success.
  • Ability to Speak Multiple Languages (English & French are mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) with highly developed presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • The successful candidate is extremely adaptive and prides themselves on exceeding goals.
  • The successful candidate is competent in managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • The successful candidate has a natural aptitude for technology and modern computing.
  • The successful candidate has proven experience working in high-growth, cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
