Regional Sales Manager sought for global Enterprise AI & Automation company, empowering clients to drive efficiency, cost, and quality improvements while achieving environmental sustainability goals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the client life cycle from lead to prospect to pre-contract to contract and ensure delivery of benefits to both clients and the company.
  • Promote the deployment of Maestro Services in new sectors, such as the M&A industry.
  • Assist in overseeing sales and marketing efforts to promote the company's suite of technologies.
  • Secure contracts and partnerships to expand the company's reach and revenue.
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide technical and domain expertise and guidance to clients' teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions.
  • Solicit feedback from clients and use it to drive improvements in service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and deliver against quarterly/annual quota and deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
  • Generate sales velocity to deliver a predictable book of business and drive forecast accuracy.
  • Penetrate new accounts and leverage the support of Marketing and Inside Sales Teams to enable outbound sales activity.
  • Close opportunities in the pipeline, ensuring all contracts and documentation are in place with the customer.
  • Work with the solutions team to ensure understanding of company offerings and provide local market knowledge.
  • Maintain partner relationships to support the enablement of in-territory partner sales.
  • Travel to and attend in-country meetings and international industry events to identify new leads and progress existing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred; in lieu of degree, will consider applicants with a minimum of 5 years prior software sales experience.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in Software Sales (SCADA is ideal).
  • Experience in providing solutions to large industrial clients; experience with SCADA software or PLC hardware is desired but not essential.
  • Experience and ambition to work across multiple countries and work as part of an international team.
  • A "Scale-up" Mindset and Attitude, being self-motivated, driven, and committed to success.
  • Ability to Speak Multiple Languages (English & French are mandatory).
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) with highly developed presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  • Competent in managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Natural aptitude for technology and modern computing.
  • Proven experience working in high-growth, cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
